How to verify my bank account

To verify your bank account, you'll need to submit a document confirming your bank details. This is required to process bank transfer transactions.

Accepted documents

You can submit either of the following:

• A photo of the first page of your bank account statement.
• A screenshot from your online or mobile banking app.

The document must clearly show

• Your full IBAN.
• The bank's logo, bank's name, or SWIFT code.
• Your full name.

How to submit

Go to My Account → Profile → Verification Process and select "Bank Booklet" from the drop-down menu under Other Document.
